City of Calgary public hearing

We're thrilled to inform of great news for our clients, that the Land use change was approved and adopted on the Public hearing by mayor Nenshi and the City Council with a strong majority supporting proposed changes.

It is obvious, that the City policy inclined toward density increase, meaning more infills, especially condos, more property tax money to budget and increasing property values for existing homes.
